I finally did it. I finally emailed Nate's BI and asked him what was up. I have been telling Nate to email him for awhile now but for those of you who really know Nate, know that he is not like that. He kept saying he didn't want to bother him. I kept saying I am going to go crazy if we don't know something more! I told Nate not to be mad but I just might email him myself (from Nate's email) and ask if there is anything he can tell us. Nate said he wouldn't be mad so I did it. I am anxiously checking his email every five minutes now to see if he responds. I will let you know if he does. I am a crazy wife.

I don't know how you've managed to wait this long. Are you worried about this looming strike thing? Does Nate think it will come down to a strike? It sounds scary.

Some idiot probably didn't do the budget right, so the academy was probably delayed. It happens all the time, especially with corrections. We are the red-headed step-children of law enforcement. Give up and test for Metro. Let me know if you need any help.
