Some days I am tired of being a mom. Lets be honest.

I am tired of the throw up. I am tired of the poopy diapers. I am tired of the whining. I am tired of the drool. I am tired of having a 3 year old shadow and a baby attached to my hip. I am tired of the errand running. I am tired of the fits. I am tired of having everything I say repeated by my little shadow. I am tired of a messy house. I am tired of the Disney channel. I am tired of doing the dishes. I am tired of the constant crying. I am just tired.

Today is one of those days.

I think we all have days like that- it is nice to know I am not the only one who has hard Mommy days. Hang in there!

Trust me, you are not the only one! I think the moms that say they DON'T have those days are either lying or mentally insane. It's OK.. you are still a good mom... the greatest actually! Also, if it gets really bad.. that's when you call the inlaws or your parents and say.. "hello, come pick up your grandchildren please".

love you lots, even when you come with a whiney 3 year old and a pukey baby.

Oh I am so sorry! I hope you can get a break when Nate comes home. I hope you can get a good night's sleep. I hope you have chocolate on hand. I hope you feel better. I hope it gets better!

Ohhhh, I'm sorry you're having a crappy day. You're not alone in being tired of all that stuff. You need to get out when Nate gets home--even if it's to just browse ALONE at Target, or go sit in Barnes & Noble and read a book ALONE. You need it. You deserve it! Call me--you know I'm always up for a chat or going out!

Here's one thing to look forward to on a day like that- nigh' nigh' time!!! Sometimes I count down the minutes until it's time to put the kids to bed! And then aaawwwww- peace and quiet.
