When you fall off, you gotta get back on.

Nate fell off the horse. Poor kid. He went riding the first night we got here with my sister Kaylee. They were riding down the alley and the horse started to run and the horse turned and Nate didn't. The saddle slid sideways and Nate fell off. He scraped his arm and has been complaining about his butt muscles hurting. Kaylee said he fell because he didn't have on the right shoes. He said he would be sure to bring his boots next time.

We had the Layton family reunion on Saturday afternoon. I was in a raunchy mood all day so I didn't have much fun. Nate seemed to have fun. He played some of the games and did the people passer. (I will explain later with some pictures) It's pretty crazy and kinda of dangerous but he loves it. He did take a few bad falls and had lots of grass stains on his shirt. He seemed pretty sore that night. We are wondering how Nate will get hurt everyday we are up here. We're just breaking him into country life.

We drove around Ogden last night and looked at a few houses. It was fun. We were with my brother and his wife and they are fun to hang out with. We did see a few cute houses that we want to call on. I got two of my favorite things while we were downtown...a taco maker bean burrito and a twist cone from the gas station. Yum.

We are having a good time. Life is pretty laid back here. Church was good today. It is good to be with my family. My brother from New Mexico is here too. It has been awhile since we have all been home together.

We are going to leave and go for a drive in the convertible. It's much cooler here! I hope all is well with all of you.
