Shiz. That was a process! Yesterday turned out to be more hectic than we thought. We were scheduled to close at 1:00 and we didn't leave till almost 3:30. Apparently, it is supposed to go a lot smoother than that but they didn't have all the paper work ready so we ended up waiting for awhile. It was kind of a hot mess and we spent a few hours running around like crazy after we were done signing trying to get some last minutes things together that came up. We did the final walk through today and we should have the keys either Monday or Tuesday. We are both super excited and very pleased with the final numbers and our new payment.
I feel so blessed that this has all worked out the way it has. I really feel like there was an extra hand in everything working for us. I feel blessed that we get to do this together and finally get to start living in OUR home and settle down. That's a good feeling.

Signing all those papers. Poor Nate had to sign with his middle initial which he is not used to. We were both really nervous and tried really hard to mess up. Luckily our realtor was there with us guiding us through. She was great. Everyone laughed at us cause I wanted a picture but I thought it was important. Probably won't take a picture when we buy the next house but this was kind of a big deal for us.

AWESOME! Dont you love that feeling- No not the feeling like your in a big hole of debt- I mean the feeling of having'your own home' Forget that debt part, that will just stress you as it stays there for years and years, and for sure you think your paying it down, but then comes the end of the year and you notice that you have only paid $35.00 toward your house and the rest has gone to interest!- Ya dont think about that part. LOL. Im happy for you guys.

Enjoy packing and then unpacking and then feeling like you have SO much extra space. Just wait till two years down the road you will say "we have run out of space here, how did we ever do it in our old house"
