Our realtor called last night with a counter offer from the bank.
After much contemplating and discussing, we have decided to do it. We made a pros and cons list last night and talked a lot and both feel like this is the best thing for us. We feel like it is too good to pass up and must be meant to be because of how it all happened.
The process is happening a lot faster than we expected but it is good. We will officially be home owners as of October 1st 2008.
Growing up is scary.

Yay for new houses! We are moving to North town at the end of September! Yay! I am lame and mapquested your new addy, and you are only 3 miles from our new house!
