I just called Nevada Power. I was on hold for 16 minutes and 28 seconds just to have the nice lady tell me that I am not on the account and they could not talk to me about anything.

Great.

16 minutes of my life down the drain for NOTHING!!

When we first got married, most of the accounts were in Abinadi's name. I got tired of waiting for him to call, so I just started calling and telling them my name was "ah-bin-ah-dee" and that I went by Dee, but I was in fact a girl and they shouldn't try to tell me otherwise. Poor Abinadi, he probably has "Customer a female" on most of his accounts out there. I don't care.. it got the job done.

rofl. You crack me up. This is the story of my life- with Mark and his school stuff!! Of course I have no trouble with the bills- They seem to be in MY name because they were all for me!!! You could be pregnant with twins and dilated to a 3 and NOT going into labor- thats almost as fun as wasting your time on the phone!!!

I hate it when that happens. Why can't some dude answer the phone and direct you to the right person right away. We should start billing for our time on hold and see how they like it.

god it sure looks like I can't spell in the comment I put up there, I really can spell, although i did get my education in las vegas....you never know.
