K, so as parents of a getting-old-enough-to-get-up-and-entertain-herself-while-mom-and-dad-get-the-last-necessary-30-or-40-minutes-of-sleep-that-we-need, we have totally (good or bad) relied on morning cartoons to entertain and keep her out of trouble. And many mornings (well, okay..... most) we let Zoee watch cartoons usually for a couple hours. She's to the point now where she'll sing along with most of the songs at the beginnings, and she gets excited when some of the better one's come on; it's pretty cute actually. She likes the Disney channel. So, to a certain extent, we consider that one of our blessings.
SOOOO, that being said.........
I FREAKIN HATE THE DOODLEBOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only put up with this CRAP since my daughter makes me. Whoever created these stupid things should be shot, whoever writes their stuff should be tortured, whoever decided to put them on at a normal morning hour (instead of, say, 4 a.m.!) needs to be fired, and all the people who support this bizarre and stupid show need to just go to hell- I don't apprecitate you supporting something that tortures the rest of the world and makes us hate life as we know it; I want to punch each and every one of you and the Doodlebops.

Stac, take a deep breath. Everything will be okay. :) Just kidding. I don't really care for the Doodlebops either, we don't have the Disney Channel so I don't have to put up with them, but Jaedon loves the Wiggles. They are boarder-line sometimes of getting shot. Mainly Anthony. He really bugs me.
Wow I have never seen this show but you put such power into this post that I too now hate the Doodlepoops. I am thinking right now would be a great time for you to create a WE HATE DOOKIEBOPS myspace site and dedicate large amount of time that you really do not have into the destruction of such horrible creatures!!
HAHAHA! My brother, sister-in-law Liz, and two nieces lived with us over the summer, and Sydney, who turned 3 last summer loved to watch cartoons in the morning too. However, when it came to the Doodlebops, Liz said NO. She couldn't stand it either and whenever it came on, she turned the tv off. I guess it sucks that you're kind of beyond that point now, but I feel for you. That show is the WORST!
Hi Stacy! I don't know if you remember me it's been like 7 years since I've seen or talked to you but we went to the 4th ward and used to hang out together in St. George. Anyway I randomly surfed into your blog and had to say hello! You kids are adorable! I'm so glad that in my aimless blog surfing I came across your blog. How random was that? I too can't stand the Doodlebops. My son used to obsess over them but we've found some other shows he obsesses over that don't make me want to pull my own hair out. We're going on several months Doodlebop free!
I should have mentioned this, but Stac didn't author this post, Nate did. Sorry.
haha.. too funny. At least I know a show to avoid when Max gets to that stage! Thanks for the tip!!!
But, Nate, "we can be so happy together! It's a HAPPY holiday!" What's wrong with that?????
Nate! I LOVE the anger!!! It warms my heart! I think you are ready for the academy to start!
Hey Nate, haven't you seen the commercials that the Doodlebops LIVE are coming to Vegas soon? I mean, wouldn't that just be the BEST gift for Zoee? Tickets to go see them...I mean, you would be the rock star dad! C'mon...
Okay, I have to admit that show is the ONE reason I'm glad I don't have extended cable. The person who created that show & those characters must have been totally high on something.
That's so funny! I've only seen them enough to know that they are super obnoxious and the two guys just creep me out.
I never wanted Bradley to watch Spongebob, but after seeing some, I was totally cracking up! I think I get more of the jokes than he does. So at least give Spongebob and his crew a chance!
