I am frustrated

Can I just tell you how frustrated I am right now. I have been on the phone with Chase Bank for the last 30 mintues trying to figure out my account. I transferred a few of our smaller credit cards to this Chase card so that we would have just one monthly payment instead of a bunch of little ones. We also got a 0% interest for 18 months deal so we thought it would be great. I started all this in October and finally settled it all tonight. (Hopefully, we will see with my next months bill.) They charged me a balance transfer fee when they said there would not be one. That was part of the "special offer." I was not about to let it slide, it was 85.00 dollars and I didn't think I should have to pay it. Well, after 3 months and lots of phone calls, they promised me that I would see a credit on my next statement. I have worked in a financial institution long enough to know that they can reverse fees if they want, even though they all say they can not. I knew I was right and was not about to pay them the money! Geez, I am so stubborn!
