Sick Zoee

Zoee is sick. She had a fever and was not feeling well all weekend. Sunday was the worst. She just wanted to be held all day. We kept giving her Tylenol and she would feel better for a few hours and then it would wear off and she was back to feeling crappy. I called in sick today at work and we took her to the doctor. Her fever had gone down quite a bit but he looked in her ears and throat. Her tonsils were very red and had some yellow puss like things on them. He did a strep test but it came back negative so he said it's just a virus. He did a test on her ears and found that there was some fluid behind her right eardrum. He gave us three different medicines to help it clear up. Hopefully it will. We have to take her back to see him in 2 weeks. If it hasn't cleared up, he will send us to an ear, nose and throat doctor to see about putting tubes in that ear. I really hope it clears up. I don't want her to have to have tubes in her ears. I guess we will see.
